An Italian delicacy that dates back to at least the 12th century, Prosciutto di Parma Ham is cherished for its texture, colour, fragrance and taste. Prosciutto is air-cured ham made from the hind leg of the pig, that is cured with bone in and skin on, hand-rubbed with sea salt and aged for 16 months in the Italian Valley of Parma. Imported, sliced and packaged by Mastro Dario.
